Welcome to Turbo Control Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201001023567), B-02-09 Kompleks Perindustrian EMHUB, Persiaran Surian Seksyen 3, Taman Sains Selangor, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (“TCS“, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, learning materials, and related services. By accessing our website, registering for a course, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Registration
Users may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information when registering for a course. You must be at least 18 years old to register for and purchase a course. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities carried out through your account. Course access is strictly personal, intended only for the registered user, and may not be transferred or shared with another person. Unauthorized sharing or resale of access will result in suspension without refund.
2. Course Information
We aim to ensure that all course descriptions, fees, schedules and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, course content, instructors, schedules, learning materials or other course-related information may be updated from time to time where necessary. A course overview is provided before enrolment; please review it carefully before purchasing.
3. Course Payments
All applicable course fees must be paid through the payment methods available on our website. All course fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any applicable taxes or charges will be shown before you complete your payment.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including:
- Razorpay (Curlec by Razorpay, Malaysia)
You must ensure that billing information provided is accurate and complete. Any eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method through Razorpay within the stated timeframe. By completing a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Course access may only be activated after successful payment confirmation.
4. Course Access
Upon successful registration and payment, users will receive access to the relevant online course according to the applicable course terms. Course access periods vary depending on the course purchased. The access period that applies to each course, and the date from which it runs, is stated on that course’s page before you complete your purchase.
Users must not:
- Share login credentials with another person.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute course materials without authorization.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute course materials to unregistered party.
- Screen-record, record, or distribute course videos or learning materials.
- Use the content for commercial purposes without written agreement or approval.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the property of Turbo Control Solutions (TCS), unless otherwise stated. Users are granted a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the materials for educational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Certificates
Where applicable, certificates may be issued to learners who successfully meet the relevant course completion requirements. The requirements for certification may vary depending on the course and will be listed in the course overview. Each certificate applies to one course only (excluding courses that do not offer a certificate upon completion).
7. Course Changes
We reserve the right to update course content, schedules, instructors or learning materials where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the quality of our programmes. Where a significant change affects a learner’s participation, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to students.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of purchase. Courses and digital products (such as PDFs, certificates, or downloadable files) are non-refundable once accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via Razorpay or any other third-party payment gateway that may be added in the future.
Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing a course. Without a valid refund reason, the cancellation request will not be processed or an alternative will be provided.
9. Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, devices, software, and other technical requirements needed to access the online learning platform. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of our platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website or learning platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or engage in activities that may affect other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, video hosting platforms or other technology providers. Your use of these services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide high-quality educational content, completion of a course does not guarantee employment, business outcomes, or financial success. Results depend on individual effort and external factors beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Turbo Control Solutions (TCS) shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, platform or courses.
13. Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated version will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, our website or our courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
