Refunds

1. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days (working days) of the date of purchase.

- Transaction or payment reference
- Reason for requesting the refund
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered where:
- The request is submitted within 7 business days of purchase.
- The course or digital product has not been accessed, opened or downloaded.
- The request meets any additional conditions applicable to the specific course.
Each eligible request will be reviewed before approval.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided where:
- The request is submitted after the 7 business day refund period.
- Any part of the course has been accessed or opened, or any learning material has been downloaded.
- The user has violated the website's Terms & Conditions.
- The request is a change-of-mind decision unrelated to the course or service quality.
Any exceptions will be considered at the discretion of Turbo Control Solutions (TCS), subject to applicable laws.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a duplicate payment is made accidentally, the extra transaction will be refunded after verification. Once verified, any eligible duplicate or incorrect payment will be refunded.
5. Course Cancellation By Us
If a paid course is cancelled by Turbo Control Solutions (TCS) and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, affected learners may be offered:
- A transfer to another suitable course; or
- A refund of the applicable course fee.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the transaction. The actual time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Where permitted by applicable law, payment gateway, banking or transaction charges that have already been incurred may be non-refundable. This is in line with applicable banking and payment regulations. Any applicable deductions will be communicated before the refund is processed.
