TCS offer a turnkey solution for a full repair and the lifetime assessment of heavy-duty gas turbine and steam turbines’ rotors. For well over a decade, TCS developed the experience and the expertise to handle various types and sizes of Gas & steam turbines’ rotors.

We are experienced in the inspections and analysis required to determine the condition of the rotor. After dismantling of the turbine section, the different rotor components are inspected using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), hardness measurement tests, dimensional checks, and other investigative techniques.
